Description
The role prepares decision-making materials, presentations, analyses, and overviews; follows up on tasks and deadlines; contributes to projects by coordinating with Construction, Facilities Management, and Administration; organizes appointments and meetings; tracks open items; and serves as the department’s point of contact for organizational matters. The position requires vocational training or a degree in a relevant field, initial experience in a technical or real-estate-related environment, strong MS Office skills, structured working habits, numerical understanding, and clear stakeholder communication.
