3M’s Services LLC is hiring an Advanced Direct Support Professional, also described as a Certified Nursing Assistant, to provide person-centered, direct care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role includes assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring physical and mental conditions, documenting care, supporting community activities, implementing support plans, maintaining safe home environments, transporting individuals, and attending required trainings. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, active CNA certification, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and knowledge of behavior management and HIPAA; previous experience with developmental disabilities is preferred. The position is full-time and contract.
