Replicant is hiring an AI Enablement Engineer to build and optimize AI solutions across Sales, Delivery, R&D, Finance, People, and Engineering. The role combines consulting and construction by creating reusable agent patterns, MCP integrations, shared agent infrastructure, identity management, cost visibility, and AI literacy programs. Candidates need at least five years of experience in systems, solutions, or IT engineering at a SaaS or cloud-native company, along with strong Python, TypeScript, shell, SDLC, MCP, agent frameworks, authentication, retrieval, and API integration skills.
