Description
The Merchant Configuration Specialist will set up, update, and terminate merchant accounts; participate in ad-hoc projects; learn the company’s configuration products; support stakeholder queries; follow accurate processes; and collaborate with the Merchant Configuration team and other departments. The role requires at least one year of operational experience in a multinational environment, strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and attention to detail. Payment-process or configuration experience is advantageous, and the role follows a hybrid model with three office days per week.
