Checkout.com is hiring an Analyst I to monitor card transactions and detect fraud patterns in a 24/7 Panama shift system. The role involves investigating alerts, analyzing transactional data, documenting findings, collaborating with stakeholders, resolving routine cases, and contributing to process improvements. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or risk management, at least one year of analytical or fraud-focused experience, strong English communication skills, and comfort with risk-monitoring tools; credit-card fraud detection or e-commerce experience is advantageous. The position follows a 2-2-3 shift model with 12-hour shifts and offers a hybrid model with three office days per week.
