Asana is hiring a Senior Analytical Engineer in Warsaw to own the Gold layer and semantic layer for a business domain, including dimensional data models, KPI metric marts, data contracts, data quality, dashboards, and self-serve Genie spaces. The role requires 4+ years of analytics or data engineering experience, advanced SQL and data modeling, dbt or equivalent transformation, orchestration, version control, and modern warehouse or lakehouse experience. It is an office-centric hybrid role with in-office days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, and the estimated base salary is 20,833–23,700 PLN gross per month.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 4+ years of analytics engineering, data engineering, or a closely related analytics role
Hands-on experience with dbt or equivalent, Airflow, Git, and modern warehouse or lakehouse platforms
Practical experience with data quality testing, observability, schema management, data contracts, and query or model performance tuning
Domain fluency in at least one business area such as PLG funnels, SLG pipeline, marketing attribution, product telemetry, or revenue/ARR
Preferred Qualifications: Databricks experience
Exposure to Unity Catalog, Looker/LookML, or reverse-ETL/activation tools
