Amphenol RF is hiring an Applications Engineer 2 to provide technical guidance to customers, sales teams, program managers, and internal stakeholders. The role supports new product introduction, sales-cycle engineering, application-specific connector design, manufacturing and vendor coordination, cost modeling, engineering change orders, new product releases, quality and production issue resolution, and value engineering. It is fully remote, ideally based in the Detroit, Michigan metropolitan area, with up to 50% travel to customer sites. The position requires automotive industry experience, a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, and two to six years of related experience, with a base salary of $71,875 to $107,813 annually.
