CPCD is hiring an Apprentice Teacher Assistant to begin on October 19th and work 40 hours per week. The role supports teachers in planning and implementing safe, healthy, high-quality early childhood learning experiences, promotes school readiness, and works with families. It is a competency-based apprenticeship with a minimum one-year term, progressively increasing hourly wages, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid leave, tuition assistance, and retirement options. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, obtain a CDA or Level II credential, complete required certifications, and pass pre-employment screening requirements.
