KBR is hiring a Deputy Program Manager for the Army Prepositioned Stocks – Afloat (APS-3) Program and Presidential Drawdown mission at Naval Weapons Station Charleston/Joint Base Charleston in Goose Creek, South Carolina. The role supports operations, maintenance, logistics, readiness, data analysis, corrective actions, customer reporting, ISO 9001:2015 compliance, and a zero-harm safety culture. The position requires U.S. citizenship, a Common Access Card, local base access, a valid driver’s license, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of related experience including 7 years in management or supervision, and a Secret clearance. The schedule is a four-day workweek from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, with possible overtime.
