Description
The Area Chief Engineer will oversee general maintenance and repairs across guest rooms, meeting spaces, public areas, food and beverage outlets, employee areas, and exterior hotel assets. The role supervises hourly engineers and engineer technicians, manages building inspections, safety and life-safety requirements, preventive maintenance, vendor and contractor work, and supports quality assurance and hotel operations. The position is based at the Residence Inn Raleigh Downtown and AC Hotel Raleigh Downtown, requires 3–5 years of maintenance or facility management experience, and offers a salary of $65,000 to $70,000.
