Asset Living is hiring an Area Manager to oversee the operations of several multifamily housing communities under a Regional Manager. The role manages personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial reporting, budgets, resident retention, property inspections, emergency response, vendor and contractor oversight, and customer service, with 25–50% annual travel. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred or alternative education and experience options; CAM or ARM certification is preferred, along with on-site software, computer, fair housing, and OSHA knowledge.
