Description
The Assembler 1 drills, mills, saws, and assembles metal doors and frames to customer specifications, with possible welding, hand-tool use, labeling, and product packing. The role requires attention to safety, quality, and efficiency; basic mathematical measurement skills; independent work with deadlines; overtime availability; and the ability to stand for 8–10 hours in a noisy production environment. The position reports to the Production Supervisor and offers training, paid time off, holidays, and a pay-for-performance compensation structure.
