Description
The Assembler performs bench assembly and machine operations to mass-produce products and components. Responsibilities include reading bills of material and work instructions, placing parts, restocking, operating milling, grinding, and drilling machines, packaging finished products, scanning jobs, recording process information, supporting ISO, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S procedures, and maintaining safe work areas. The role is based at RIDGID’s World Headquarters in Elyria, Ohio, requires a high school diploma or GED, shift flexibility, and U.S. work authorization, and offers medical, dental, and vision coverage along with other benefits.
