Description
The Assistant Branch Manager supports the Retail Branch Manager and leads daily branch operations, including cash handling, vault oversight, audit preparation, compliance, information security, and regulatory requirements. The role coaches and develops Member Advisors and Senior Member Advisors, supports onboarding and performance management, handles escalated member issues, reviews consumer lending and business account applications, and drives sales, service, and referral goals. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, three to five years of retail banking experience, and one to three years of consumer lending, accounting opening, or digital banking systems experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
