Description
Graco is hiring an Assistant Controller to lead global accounting, internal controls, financial reporting, consolidation, external reporting, technical accounting, SOX compliance, audit activities, cost accounting, inventory valuation, accounting operations, process improvement, and accounting transformation. The role also manages a team of accounting and reporting leaders, develops talent, and oversees the annual accounting and reporting budget. It is based at the Minneapolis office and will transition to the new headquarters in Dayton, Minnesota in 2027. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, public accounting and manufacturing experience, and strong U.S. GAAP, SOX, COSO, and global accounting-process expertise. The base salary range is $160,200 to $280,400, and the role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
