Description
Hazen and Sawyer is hiring a hybrid Assistant Controller to support the Director of Finance and Controller in financial reporting, general ledger management, month-end close, internal controls, audit readiness, and Deltek Vantagepoint administration. The role leads close processes, prepares GAAP financial statements and management reports, supports multi-entity consolidation, mentors accounting staff, collaborates with FP&A and operations, and identifies automation opportunities. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least 8 years of progressive accounting experience including 3 years in a supervisory or senior accounting role, and professional-services experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision.
