Kenect Nashville is hiring an Assistant Executive Director & Head of Sales to serve as second-in-command and own the property’s revenue strategy across student leasing, conventional leasing, mid-term rentals, coworking memberships, and amenity rentals. The role leads sales and leasing teams, sets KPIs and pricing strategy, manages collections and delinquency, oversees Yardi systems and digital marketing, supports budgeting and financial reporting, and handles property risk and tenant relations. Candidates need at least seven years of relevant experience, including three years leading sales or leasing teams, plus four years of accounting, accounts receivable, payroll, and collections experience.
