The role supports recruitment, training, scheduling, sales and profit goals, customer service, health and safety, team development, cash handling, inventory, reporting, and marketing. It requires strong attendance, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, inventory and labor-cost knowledge, scheduling ability, computer and proprietary software skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
