Pet Paradise is hiring an Assistant Manager for its Wilmington, North Carolina resort. The role oversees daily resort operations, staff scheduling and labor control, recruiting, training, customer service, inventory, meetings, and Manager on Duty responsibilities. The Assistant Manager supports the Resort Manager, works onsite during the resort schedule, and requires 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience, a high school diploma, leadership and communication skills, and comfort working with dogs.
