Extra Space Storage is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to provide customer service, meet sales goals through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies, guide new customers through rental processes, maintain the facility, and work independently or with team members. The role may require running errands and traveling to other store locations. Applicants need at least one year of customer-facing experience, strong computer skills, a current valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle except in New York City, and a high school diploma or GED equivalent. The position offers $16.50-$18.00 per hour plus monthly incentive opportunities, along with paid time off, a 401(k) match, medical benefit options, and wellness programs.
