Description
The Associate Coach, Women’s Soccer assists the Head Coach in leading the NCAA Division I women’s soccer program at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Responsibilities include daily team training, evaluation, recruitment, academic monitoring, skill development, and administrative support while complying with NCAA, CAA, and institutional guidelines. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least two collegiate years of coaching experience, along with knowledge of NCAA rules, leadership and communication skills, and a USSF B license or equivalent. The position is permanent, full-time, and based at the UNCW campus.
