Description
The Associate Dean for Academic Programs provides strategic leadership for Poole College of Management’s undergraduate, graduate, doctoral, and certificate programs. Reporting to the Dean and serving on the Dean’s executive leadership team, the role oversees academic portfolio strategy, enrollment and student success, curricular innovation, program performance, academic resources, career readiness, experiential learning, marketing, global programs, accreditation, and resource allocation. The position requires a doctoral degree in a business-related field, at least three years of academic leadership experience, and a research record comparable to a tenured full professor in a business discipline. It is a full-time recurring appointment in Raleigh, North Carolina, with medical, dental, and vision benefits, and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
