Description
Cypress Creek Energy is hiring an Associate Director / Director, Interconnection Execution to manage GIA compliance for late-stage utility-scale solar and storage projects from executed Interconnection Agreement through commercial operations. The role coordinates with utilities, ISOs, RTOs, internal teams, and external consultants; negotiates amendments; tracks milestone payments and restudies; responds to deficiencies and disputes; supports market registration and commissioning; and maintains a centralized tracking system. The preferred Durham, North Carolina office is open to hybrid work three days per week, with other office locations also available, and compensation is $180,000-$230,000 plus bonus and benefits.
