This role involves overseeing client accounts, performing various project controls services, engaging in business development, leading staff development, and participating in industry events. The successful candidate will manage and monitor team activities, delegate effectively, and ensure accountability. They will also lead cost controls efforts, conduct QA/QC reviews, and facilitate lessons learned sessions.
