The role operates and monitors manufacturing machinery, with possible involvement in equipment setup, calibration, maintenance, finishing operations, material loading, quality inspection, and documentation. It requires a high school education or equivalent, 0–1 year of manufacturing machinery experience, blueprint-reading ability, and the ability to work with small precision parts.
