Description
The Manufacturing Operator works under moderate supervision to operate machinery used in product manufacturing, set up or calibrate equipment, load components, perform finishing operations, follow operating procedures, inspect parts visually and dimensionally, and maintain machinery. The role requires a high school education or equivalent, at least two years of company-related work experience or two to four years operating machinery in a regulated manufacturing environment, and basic knowledge of drawings, blueprints, precision parts, and visual and dimensional inspection techniques. Pay is $18–$22 per hour plus a $3.00 shift differential, with medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, adoption, and 401(k) benefits.
