KBIC is hiring an Associate Recruiter for its Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Real Estate Division to identify, engage, source, evaluate, and place construction professionals across commercial, industrial, civil, infrastructure, and specialty contracting markets. The role partners with experienced recruiters and clients, manages candidate activity through interviews and placement, maintains talent pipelines, and receives structured training in executive search and recruiting methodologies. Prior recruiting or construction experience is not required, but strong communication, relationship-building, resilience, organization, and a competitive mindset are sought; a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. Compensation includes a base salary plus commission, with benefits, performance incentives, and career advancement opportunities.
