AECOM is hiring an Aviation Senior Program Manager to lead major Texas airport development and capital improvement programs in Houston, Texas. The role oversees the full program lifecycle from planning and design through procurement and construction, provides executive leadership and governance, manages budgets, schedules, risks, change control, and reporting, and serves as the primary interface with airport authorities, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 12 years of related aviation infrastructure program or project management experience, including four years of leadership, plus airport-specific background checks and clearances. Sponsorship is not offered, but relocation support may be available.
