The Banquet Server provides high-quality service at Indian Summer Golf & Country Club by setting up and executing banquet events, maintaining cleanliness and service flow, assisting guests, coordinating audio-visual and environmental needs, and suggesting specials. The role requires at least one year of related experience or training, a current state-approved food handlers’ card, teamwork, adaptability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Compensation is $17.13 per hour plus tips and overtime eligibility, with benefits including discounts, flexible work, retirement matching, paid sick time, and medical, dental, and vision coverage for full-time team members.
