Bartaco is hiring bartenders to prepare fresh cocktails, serve responsibly, keep the bar stocked and clean, recommend drinks and menu favorites, and create a welcoming atmosphere. The role requires strong communication, customer service, beverage knowledge, basic POS skills, and the ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and meet the legal drinking age.
