Description
The Bartender will manage an extensive wine and spirits list, mix classic and craft cocktails, take and fulfill drink orders, recommend food and beverage pairings, monitor inventory and stock, maintain bar cleanliness, and coordinate with kitchen and serving staff to support an upscale dining experience. The role pays $23.00–$32.00 per hour, including service charge commission, and requires a high school diploma or GED, hospitality or upscale bartending experience, advanced mixology and wine-pairing knowledge, strong communication and teamwork skills, and flexibility for weekends and holidays.
