Dear Charles is hiring a part-time Bartender to provide courteous, responsive hospitality and high-quality service to guests. The role includes explaining menu items and beverage programs, addressing allergy concerns, assisting with dining service, maintaining a clean work environment, and completing section setup and breakdown. The position requires Tuesday evening availability, with additional Server-shift hours possible, and seeks candidates with at least two years of experience in a fine-dining or upscale-casual environment, a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and organizational skills, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
