The University of Colorado Colorado Springs is hiring a Basic Needs Coordinator for its Office of the Dean of Students to support under-resourced and high-need students through food, housing, financial security, and other basic needs programs. The role coordinates student assessments, referrals, program operations, graduate assistant and volunteer supervision, community partnerships, outreach, education, and program assessment. It is a hybrid position with a salary range of $44,729 to $57,715 annually, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a potential start date of November 1, 2026. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred; experience supporting student services or basic needs programs is required, and higher-education student experience is preferred. The position is dependent on funding expected to last three years.
