Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications: Experience providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children.
Ability to implement treatment and behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
Proficiency in utilizing ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, and natural environment teaching (NET).
Ability to support skill development in communication, social, play, adaptive, and academic domains.
Skill in collecting accurate data on client progress and submitting same-day SOAP notes.
Strong collaboration and communication skills with BCBAs, families, and team members.
Commitment to protecting client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
Adherence to BACB Ethics Code for RBTs and company policies.
Will participate in ongoing training and supervision.
