Autism Learning Partners is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician in Garner, North Carolina to support children and teens with autism through play-based skill-building, positive role modeling, organization, and family support. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one semester of college coursework, six months of experience with children, a reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance, plus the ability to pass background and health checks. The position offers up to 20 hours per week, weekday availability from 3:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., $21–$27 per hour, paid training, and benefits including health, dental, vision, mileage reimbursement, and paid drive time.
