Lutheran Community Services Northwest is hiring a Behavioral Interventionist to join its WISe team in Benton and Franklin County, Washington. The role provides community-based skill building, coaching, crisis support, culturally responsive and trauma-informed interventions, family engagement, group activities, transportation, on-call coverage, and timely documentation for youth and families. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related human behavior or mental health experience, Counselor Agency Affiliated Registration within 60 days of hire, basic productivity software skills, a valid driver’s license, insurance, reliable transportation, and required background clearances.
