PlayDate Behavioral Interventions is hiring Behavioral Therapists to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions for children with special needs. The role involves implementing individualized therapeutic plans to teach communication, social, self-help, academic, and daily living skills; engaging children in play and community activities; collecting data; collaborating with a multidisciplinary team; and communicating with families and caregivers. The position offers paid training for RBT and crisis management certifications, advancement opportunities, and requires a high school diploma or GED, along with the ability to transport children in a personal vehicle and preferred special needs experience.
