Bandwidth is hiring a Billing Quality Analyst to protect the accuracy and reliability of its billing operations. The role executes billing-cycle tasks, sets up customer accounts, processes rate updates, supports SOX and revenue-assurance audits, investigates billing discrepancies, reconciles revenue-share data, and maintains billing documentation. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least one year of billing experience, one to two years of analytical experience, strong Excel skills, and communication and problem-solving abilities. Previous telecom billing experience, Salesforce, NetSuite, Intercom, accounting, Snowflake, SQL, or Sigma experience are bonuses.
