Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve families in the greater Raleigh, North Carolina area, with a hybrid schedule combining in-home, school-based, and telehealth services. The role emphasizes direct clinical work only—assessment, treatment planning, supervision of RBTs, caregiver training, data analysis, and documentation—while operations staff handle scheduling, insurance, and paperwork. Compensation is $90,000–$110,000 per year plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and the employer offers full-time or part-time flexibility, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, paid CEUs, and a materials allowance.
