Bloomwell Autism Therapy is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts across all locations to conduct behavioral assessments, implement individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs and other support staff, monitor patient data, and partner with caregivers. The role requires a master's degree with BACB-approved ABA coursework, BCBA certification or certification within three months, a state license, and experience working with children with autism and related disorders. Compensation for non-leadership positions is $90,000–$119,000, with profit-sharing bonuses, continuing-education reimbursement, paid time off, flexible caseloads, and additional benefits.
