Description
Plum Behavioral Services is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ongoing clinical care for clients, supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians, review data and client progress, edit programs and develop goals, build relationships with families, support caregivers, and collaborate with a team using ethical, trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming ABA. The role does not require initial assessments, and a BCBA trainee with a Master’s degree in Special Education and a Colorado teaching license may also be considered.
