Applied ABC is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical ABA services for children and families. The role involves managing an active caseload, conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment and behavior support plans, supervising and mentoring RBTs and behavior technicians, delivering parent training, collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
