SouthernCarlson is hiring a full-time Branch Associate in Colorado Springs, Colorado, on a Monday–Friday daytime schedule for $21.00–$23.00 per hour. The role supports customers, sales teams, and branch operations by greeting customers, answering inquiries, building relationships, recommending solutions, upselling, pulling orders, assisting sales representatives and managers, maintaining the showroom, and troubleshooting product questions. Applicants need at least one year of sales, customer service, or sales support experience, a high school diploma, strong communication and organizational skills, and comfort with digital systems; warehouse experience is a plus.
