Description
The role manages branch rental, hauling, and rental-service operations; develops and administers rental budgets; coordinates equipment availability, pricing, delivery, repairs, billing, and customer service; and leads the Rental Development Program by recruiting, coaching, reviewing, training, counseling, and dismissing direct-report associates. It requires a four-year college degree or associate’s degree with substantial service-industry experience and supervisory experience, along with physical ability to lift, bend, stoop, and drive, plus PC and customer-relations skills.
