Description
The Building Engineer I maintains, operates, and troubleshoots HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building automation systems; performs scheduled maintenance, repairs, inspections, and tenant service; records equipment performance; and supports contractors and senior engineers. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, two to three years of related experience or commensurate certification, familiarity with building systems and safety procedures, and the ability to work in-office during standard business hours.
