Ameriprise Financial’s Wealth Management Advisor Group Leadership Development Program is a full-time, 24-month rotational experience for recent graduates pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, or a related field. Participants work on sales initiatives, advisor outreach, lead generation, data analysis, reporting, and advisor-support projects across three eight-month rotations, with mentorship and training. The program is intended to prepare participants for full-time business development roles and requires graduation in December 2026 or May/June 2027. The estimated base salary is $67,000 per year, with variable pay and health, dental, and life insurance benefits; employees work in the office at least four days per week.
