MCC is hiring a Business Development Representative to prospect for packaging-solutions customers, qualify leads, schedule meetings and demos, support sales presentations and proposals, gather market intelligence, and maintain CRM records. The role requires 4–7 years of experience in business development, sales support, or a related area, strong communication and relationship-building skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and occasional travel. It is primarily office-based or home office-based, with possible brief visits to manufacturing areas.
