Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring a full-time, field-based Business Development Specialist in Raleigh, North Carolina to grow its referral network and generate qualified patient referrals for ABA therapy. The role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with pediatricians, diagnosticians, schools, daycares, therapists, hospitals, and community organizations across North Carolina, while using CRM tools to track outreach, follow-up, referral activity, and pipeline movement. The position requires at least two years of experience in healthcare business development, provider relations, referral development, community outreach, outside sales, account management, or a related field, along with strong relationship-building, presentation, organization, and CRM skills. Travel throughout the assigned territory is required, and the company offers a base salary, incentive opportunity, travel reimbursement, PTO, holidays, and health-related benefits.
