The Care Coordinator serves as a regional healthcare benefits and program support expert, coordinating with patients and healthcare providers, verifying eligibility, assisting with enrollment and affordability, and maintaining provider relationships. The role requires knowledge of private, commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, VA, and DOD programs, with expertise in Medicare Part B, and involves escalating complex cases and communicating with program management.
