Description
The Care Coordinator provides inbound and outbound phone support and serves as a primary contact for payers, patients, caregivers, providers, specialty pharmacies, distributors, and other stakeholders. The role coordinates patient benefits, product orders, eligibility, program enrollment, affordability support, prior authorization, appeals, and appointment coordination, while maintaining records, escalating complex cases, reporting pharmacovigilance information, and supporting program management. It is a hybrid contract position based in Morrisville, North Carolina, with pay of $22.00–$24.00 per hour and potential medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, and other benefits.
